Somewhat related, I still am strong in my pet theory (don’t wanna take credit for it mind) that Farage’s late return to lead Reform in 2024 was due to Starmer cutting a deal not to contest Farage in his constituency. Without Reform’s rise in the polls post-Farage return, Labour might not have won. Very, very on brand for Keith’s legacy to be delivering an openly fascist government to the UK.
