      Yes, with the caveat that if the threshold for taxation is too low it backfires as it reduces the working class’s ability to build up generational wealth. Fortunately 61 million dollars is more than high enough to avoid that, but just saying.

    A 50% tax starting at 50 million CHF seems quite reasonable to me…

    I don’t even think them leaving would reduce the state’s income that much, with the wealth tax being so low…

    If the richest man in Switzerland (owner of Stadler) leaves his son “only” 2 Billion CHF I’m afraid he’ll need to go to the social services and gasp work!
