What’s going on with Rogan & Friends?
It’s sorta been stewing a while but the effect Rogan has had on the entire comedy world is starting to get a lot of pushback both against him and his acolytes like the Kill Tony weasel or Mustache Brooklyn or The Machine. It all really came to a head when Marc Maron was talking shit on the Rogan scene and then some guy on YouTube named Elephant Graveyard released a follow up to his previous takedown of Rogans latest special, where he dissected the vibe around the putrefaction of Rogan’s vestigial comedy and his podcast network.
It all sorta blew up and is part of the zeitgeist now
