It feels like a secondary show to what end’s up being the flagship show after Kirk takes the helm. It’s ok and probably not for me. I just wish there was a compelling character other than the doctor.

I don’t hate it either. But is it just me or does it seem a little too militaristic? Maybe it’s part of the plot, but the push-up scene in the first episode was just weird and there was something in the second episode.
