So the corp Dems distanced themselves from him but now want his endorsement.

I really hope he doesn’t endorse her.

Politics are … well. Politics. Right. ?

I think he has to be careful making enemies. But he has to also stand by his convictions or he will lose the love from the people.

We don’t want a sell-out. And people will be very disappointed if he shows any signs of selling out.

But saying “no” to the dem establishment might make them very hostile.

Honestly the corp Dems have the most to lose with mamdani.

He’s helping to clean them out. Republicans don’t have that kind of power.

So he’s like #1 threat to them. And if they can’t get him to cave … I think they will try some underhanded shady ass shit to get rid of him.

Remember all the stuff the CIA used to, and still does to discredit people?

I expect some fabricated scandal in the near future.

The “centrists” and conservatives will always be hostile. The world needs to stop playing their game, stop giving them appeasement compromises, stop voting center to avoid conservatism and getting it anyway.

There is nothing you can do to compromise with someone who believes that human life has no inherent value. There is nothing you can do to compromise with someone who still cannot admit to a genocide in Palestine. It’s not being a “purist”, there’s still so much nuance and diversity of opinion that exists once we strip away the absolute bullshit and throw it in the fucking trash where it belongs.

She was given many opportunities to do this when she was Vice and actively refused then was disrespectful about it when she was protested for it. People don’t forget that kind of blatant slap in the face. This “effort” if real is going to be far too late for many.

She thought neoliberals would accept her, that she was Biden’s VP pick because she was being groomed to be a leader.

She wasn’t, she was just there to make the Biden ticket not a blank piece of copy paper. She was never intended to get the last nomination, but by a fluke she got it handed to her.

The neoliberals will (already have really) pivot to Newsom, so she’s trying desperately to rebrand herself as progressive after actually saying:

You asked me what is the difference between Joe Biden and me — that will be one of the differences. I’m going to have a Republican in my Cabinet,

Like, she tried to move the window right from Biden…

She sure as shit ain’t peogressive

Feel free to walk away and make sure another fucking republican fascist takes over…that will make everything better…

Do I want someone better? yes. If she’s on the ticket am I going to vote for her? Also yes, hell fucking yes.

Anyone with a D next to their name gets my vote this year, I’m not fucking around.

Brother the fucking primaries havent evem started and you’re starting with the ‘you dont get to vote for who you want’ shit. You keep giving them cover they’ll keep using it to lose elections. Kamala lost every swing state and has never won a single primary delagate via ballot and you’re acting like shes inevitable? Kick rocks.

I follow one rule - vote the furthest ‘left’ in every election, but VOTE.

Last thing I’m going to do is stay home and allow the fascists another 4 years to destroy this fucking country.

True, but this far before the election there should still be momentum for someone further to the left than Newsom.

Another four years of a centrist Democrat is just stalling for four years before the Heritage Foundation manages to install another Republican on the backs of American transphobes and racists to push the country even further away from where it needs to be.

SO show up and vote in the primaries I will too. but if your guy doesn’t win, don’t accelerate the fascist victories by getting your panties in a bunch and staying home.

And this is how they keep getting worse, blind devotion with no risk of consequences. The VBNMW cult is worse than MAGA

It’s not blind devotion, it’s self preservation. It’s “Don’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good”

This is a center-left country, that’s a fact. Would I vote for AOC for president in a primary? Absolutely. If she doesn’t win am I going to throw up my hands and give up? Hell no.

Seeking to punsh the country because your guy / girl didn’t get in is childish.

And how does not voting help?

I’m not the one with blind devotion. I’ll vote for someone I don’t like to keep someone I positively hate out of office…

Can’t wait until the VBNMW crowd ignores, again, who she really is and blame us when she loses, again. Anyone that manages to lose every single fucking swing state and has never won a single electoral vote needs to stay the fuck out of politics.

      But shes gotta run again.

How else are they gonna make sure republicans win again? Democrats don’t want to run viable candidates, especially viable women candidates, they want to be the minority opposition (that secretly always concedes just enough votes to let the right wing extremists get what they want)
