You can see the name of the tumblr user of the original post in the image, and it’s from the 1st of September (possibly this year?).
You need a tumblr account of your own to properly navigate the site but with the time frame and the hash tags you should be able to find the post.
Considering the original author, it wouldn’t surprise me if that was literally what he wrote…
