Had first electrolysis appointment. It was way cheaper than I thought it would be, but now I have a third of a moustache left until my next appointment

Petition niantec or whatever to put limited edition gyms at polling booths, or perhaps a higher rate of rare mons appearing around polling booths. Register mons to vote and help them fill out mail in ballots. People at polling centres could dress up as trainers. Celebrities could post videos of themselves singing a single line of a song at a polling booth, then we could stitch them together.

I find myself firing up an RTS game for about 10 minutes before closing out of the game. Can’t be bothered. Used to be a staple genre for me

Ok, so I’ve talked to a few people about my gender thoughts and booked an electrolysis appointment. What now? I feel like progress on this is slow as I’m just not talking to many people now.

I will be old by the time they release Dark Eldar for total warhammer 40k. Maybe it will be on sale by that stage.

Went to gym for the first time in ages, mostly to try to resolve my back hurting. Had mild thoughts of whether some exercises were more gender affirming than others. Probably. I can’t lift my arms atm

I think its my brain just looking for social engagement, especially during these long hours of unemployment. Ideally, I’d be having low key chats with my friends, but everyone is busy.

People only complain about vocal fry when women do it. (well, mostly, you can find the occasional counter-example)

Any game that I’m bad at. It can be well designed and smooth to play, but if I’m bad at it I’m not going to enjoy it. It sucks being bad at something, especially a leisure activity you paid money for

I’d recommend Dune: Spice Wars for this reason. It’s a low micro game. It also has a bunch of different paths to victory that aren’t entirely “wipe out enemy base”. It also has good faction differentiation.

When I think about what I want to be doing, I wish I had the space and tooling to make things, but not hold on to them. I’d sell them or palm them off to someone. Things like a CNC machine or a lathe, or a forklift for puttering things around a workshop, would all be quite expensive. I don’t really have an interest in keeping or storing the things I make, though it would be nice to see them in the community.

I haven’t done any more gender stuff on account of being sick. I am tripping on wednesday, so will explore some stuff then.

EDIT: Taking suggestions for video game character creators for me to mess around with while high. I generally prefer sci-fi/modern settings to fantasy/swords.

I’ve done nothing regarding trans thoughts over the last couple of days, but I did think about building a set of mechanical spider legs that I could float around on. I think I actually have all the requisite skills, though its been a while since I’ve done any metalwork. If I fire up solidworks I can probably generate a bunch of laser cutting patterns. I do not have space for this project.
