And of course Trump says any lawsuit which doesn’t align with his fascist extreme illegal goals is “frivolous”. (And ignores that the law is already established about what constitutes a frivial lawsuit.

This is a guy who’s never cracked open a dictionary, I don’t think he’s brushed up on legal definitions.

It’s not all talk. He’s going to go after the attorneys and law firms which file suit against his illegal and unethical orders.

I mean saying that he is going after frivolous lawsuits is an empty promise.

The judiciary could shut this down pretty quick by referring DOJ lawyers who attempt to enforce this inappropriately for disbarment.

This moron thinks he found a real life cheat code by spamming executive orders, he’s not a king yet he’s acting as one and our other leaders aren’t doing shit about it. Justice can’t win if we take the high ground, people are going to have to get dirty to beat this wanna be tyrant.

    His EO says

against the United States or in matters before executive departments and agencies of the United States.

    The first amendment says:

to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

This EO is literally just rescinding the first amendment.
