Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) appears to be yet again fleeing a potential weather crisis in his state after being spotted Tuesday on a flight to the seaside resort city Laguna Beach in California, political strategist Shea Jordan Smith reported, and just ahead of what’s expected to be a “very impactful winte...

He is like a goose, flying to warmer weather, the annual Ted Cruz migration if you will.

it’s like a traditional ecological sign. like wooly caterpillar coloring meaning a harsh winter, or a mast event being an omen of deluge.

the ted cruz flying to SoCal is a sign that texas is facing another deadly climate disaster.

The swallows no longer return to San Juan Capistrano so they needed a new seasonal event.

I don’t know why that makes me a bit sad. They just nest elsewhere.

In recent years, the swallows have failed to return in large flocks to the Mission. Few birds were counted in the 1990s and 2000s. The reduction has been connected to increased development of the area, including many more choices of nesting place and fewer insects to eat.

Cruz needs to be put in a tube and studied by scientists as the most cowardly, slimy, weaselly, little man that has ever lived.

Back in my day state officials would always make a big show of standing in front of the State Capitol building in a big ass parka to show they were “in control of the storm situation”.

I mean it was probably BS stunt 90% of the time by at least they had to be in state to pull that stunt.

Virtually all politicians do. Granted, they typically fly First (or, at worse, Business) Class.

It’s only the elite of the elite that get private flights paid for while they’re in office. Lyin’ Ted doesn’t even come close to the presidential line of succession; he flies with the rest of us rubes.

A spokesperson of Ted Cruz confirmed to Dallas Texas local news that the photo is Ted Cruz.

A photo of Senator Ted Cruz on a plane to Laguna Beach as Texas braces for a winter storm is drawing a lot of attention.

It appears to show the senator from Texas heading to coastal California while the rest of the state prepares for a weekend of possible ice and snow.

A spokesperson for Sen. Cruz confirmed that he did leave town on Tuesday.

“Senator Cruz is currently on pre-planned work travel that was scheduled weeks in advance. He will be back in Texas before the storm is projected to hit,” the spokesperson said in a statement to FOX 4.

Too predictable. Like the sun setting in the west, or Bolsonaro ending up in the hospital again.
