That trailer chassis is bearing a lot of weight & stress. Normally a semi truck is synonymous with 18-wheeler but there are definitely not 18 wheels to help with this load.

    what’s interesting about it?

it looks like another well-off person cosplaying as a poor as a lifestyle. the semi itself probably cost 200k.

This is more than mildly interesting. I’d say it’s somewhat interesting. Dare I say it’s intriguing?

It looks like it was taken with a quality 90s camera. Idk there’s something about the lighting and low saturation that makes me think, “this hasn’t gone through the ML algorithms phones automatically put on photos taken with them”.

funny you say that I used to be a massive Geoguessr addict when it was free. And yeah I light was very useful. Though I quit after a while because I realised I wasnt truly learning to recognise landscapes just like road infrastructure and what google street view run the photo was from ahah.

I like world guesser because you can play against people on a timer. For me, it was everything combined. I count it as a video game, lol. I play every so often, but not that often anymore.

Thanks. What is that old saying? Art is knowing when to stop and how to frame it.

You can see an itty bitty crane lol

But really they should have made a small “garage” and a ramp instead.

Thinking about it, technically that doesn’t even need to be that complex with hydraulics, just a sturdy arm and a winch. But it’s still kind of wasted, extra weight for no reason compared to putting the bed or storage above a garage.

          Anyway really awesome tiny house.

Yeah but the whole roof is premium space. I’d put solar panels over the whole surface. But you could also make a big deck to walk on with maybe a deployable balustrade. Or maybe even some kind of very low roof greenhouse lol. Lots of creative ideas for tiny houses.

Looks like they have a crane up there, but if it breaks you have to find an appropriate height overpass.

This is a wild guess, but it looks like some sort of crane hardware sitting next to it. It seems really small to support a car, but that’s the only clue I see.

No way!!! I saw that same truck a few days ago in Germany. It must be the exact same, because it’s pretty recognizable and unique.

Looks like a davit designed for loading a small boat onto a larger boat.

Here, we apparently see the land lubber’s version of the same.

This is absolutely perfect buy the truck and the trailer. Build a ramp that lets you get the car off the top and put it back.

I hope that’s some kind of hardpan sand, not the soft stuff at the beaches I go to. Or that those vehicles are all amphibious. That picture makes me feel very anxious.

It is likely on Rømø, they have big beaches where you can officially drive on. Which is not that common here in northern Europe.

Just looking at how little the semi sunk into the sand, I would guess it is pretty hard. As long as they don’t get too crazy I dont think driving back out would be an issue at all.

I drove on a beach once. It was fine. Easy going. Beautiful. Exhilarating. Until, abruptly, the tires sunk in and it wasn’t. Once they sink in, even just a little bit, it is extremely difficult to get out. It was one of the stupider things I have ever done. I’ve never done it again.

Oh I know how difficult sand can be. Especially for people unfamiliar with it. Any sudden acceleration, braking, or turning and you can bury your vehicle. Takes a lot of finesse. That sand looks fairly consistent though, and based on other comments is frequently driven on. So as long as the water doesn’t come up that far it should be well packed and easy to drive on.

I will be impressed if I learn this was made by the owner and not commissioned. I’ll be further impressed if he/she holds a humble job and this is their passion.
