Latent sense of dread and inability to feel correctly absorbed into anything i do. Incredibly aware of time passing and feeling like at any point im using that time wrong but it doesnt matter what I do everything just feels incorrect. Also my body feels like a separate entity
Glad I was able to go back to sleep at 4am and get up for 8. Shaved my head, showered, got some groceries, vibin I guess.
I got three hours sleep. I’m supposed to help somebody to do errands today and I asked if we can do it tomorrow.
I’ll count myself lucky with four hours
burned out, avoidant, trying to do the “this is fine” thing while the house is slightly smouldering but i don’t have a corresponding cat pic. sorry :(

I’m becoming jaded and tired in a way that seems impossible to rest and recover from
Overall my mood is quite good. I’ve learned a couple new skills in case I find anyone who’d like me to share them. I’m quite surprised the situation is this much better than I had anticipated an it’s made me re-examine my own understanding of the world. Including sources I may have had neglected, due to unnoticed biases.
