As this arcticle is about the US administration condemning the human rights situation in the UK I think it is the metric that makes the most sense here.

I think it is dangerous to hop on the train while Shady Vance is meeting with Nigel Farage, it is clear that this is a politically motivated move. People should talk about this right now to support the right extremists in the UK.
